PlanFinder uses the information below to run this playground, prevent misuse, and recognise your PlanFinder license. Contact contact@planfinder.xyz about your information, access, correction, deletion, or a privacy complaint.
An essential, secure session cookie identifies your free trial or signed-in session. Guest sessions last up to 180 days; signed-in sessions last up to seven days. Trial usage is stored on our servers. We use browser session storage to preserve your design when you leave to sign in or pay. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser data.
Outlines, room requirements, pins, and settings are sent to AWS in Frankfurt to generate layouts. Temporary generation records and results are scheduled for deletion after one day, but storage cleanup is asynchronous and can take additional days. Recovery backups can retain earlier database state for up to 35 days. Inputs are not used for model training by this playground. Avoid including personal or confidential information in a design.
If you sign in, we receive your provider's account identifier and verified email address. We store account identifiers, trial usage, and the license information needed to recognise your subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe. Linking a license with a different email requires verification of that inbox. Account and licensing information is kept while needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. We process network and request information for security, including a keyed hash of your IP address for short-lived usage limits. Application logs are retained for seven days; account and usage records have different retention periods. AWS, Cloudflare, your chosen sign-in provider, and Stripe process information needed for their respective services. This playground does not install advertising trackers or request consent for marketing cookies. Essential storage serves authentication, security, trial limits, and keeping your design available. The main PlanFinder website may use different services.
You can try the playground without signing in, sign out, clear browser storage, and ask us to delete your account or provide your information. Security or billing records may need to be retained for a limited period. You may also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
